Aspire is partnering with B2B conference specialist that delivers events in the Defense, Energy, Pharmaceutical, and Security sectors.

This UK-based organization is opening a branch in New York City due to the success of their US-based events. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organization during their initial US office launch.

The responsibilities for this role include the following:

• Responsible for selling high-value sponsorship and exhibition packages for the assigned events.
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to generate sales revenue consistently and deliver against monthly and events targets.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of each event and to develop relationship with established players and start-ups on the given market segment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced role in a results-focused environment.
• Reporting to Sales Director in the UK and working alongside like-minded professionals looking to continually improve results through a mix of high activity and initiative.

The candidate should possess the following:

• Minimum 3 years selling conferences sponsorship and exhibition packages.
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Fast learner with the ability to understand different market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and
• Previous experience in selling in the Defense or Pharmaceutical sectors is preferred but not essential.
