Cybersecurity Media Specialist
$70k-$90k Base + Uncapped Commission

This is an opportunity to join a leading organization in the cybersecurity media space. The company is ramping up its sales team and is looking for an Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in the prospecting and closing of new business within the company's newest division -- a full-service cybersecurity marketing advisory. They are looking for a variety of experience to build the team, so the Account Executive can have anywhere from 3-10 years of sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity or technology services.

The Job:

• Identify and acquire new clients through diligent and targeted outreach via cold calls/emails.
• Analyze the territory and market potential to maximize opportunity and revenue growth, tracking sales and providing weekly/monthly/quarterly status reports.
• Supply management with reports on client needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new and existing offerings.
• Develop a high-level understanding of sales offerings and strong base-level knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape to elevate prospecting communication with clients.
• Create and pitch proposals that include media plans, content, and creative services.

The Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
• Proven work experience as an individual contributor within a B2B sales environment closing mainly new business.
• Familiarity with SalesForce and CRM practices.
• Excellent selling, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to create and deliver high-level presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Strong knowledge of the evolving B2B digital marketing landscape as it pertains to enterprise-level organizations as well as start-ups.
