Salary: $140k-$160k Base ($225k+ OTE - Uncapped)

Aspire is partnering with an award-winning global B2B media owner who provides educational resources on data management. Supporting Business and Information Technology professionals and helping them grow by providing high-quality content. They are looking for a Sales Director to join the business and play a pivotal role in growing their Media and Events team.

The Director of Sales will be responsible for:

• Developing a clear understanding of the brand's products, market, audience, and value proposition to help the brand continue to deliver high-margin revenue growth.
• Create and deliver go-to-market strategies that are aligned with the business strategy.
• Evaluate new digital revenue generation opportunities, and implement where warranted.
• Recruit and develop a growing sales team in order to exceed commercial targets.
• Set and achieve clear KPIs and targets to ensure the team hits New Business and Key Account revenue targets.

The Director of Sales will have the following experience:

• 7+ years' experience selling in B2B media/marketing solutions/events sales.
• Proven success in building a high-performing team. Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring salespeople at all levels.
• Relationships with clients served by data management vendors, such as Analytics, Data Catalogs, Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management.
• A track record of consistently achieving commercial targets both at an individual and team management level.
• The ability to identify, develop, and implement new revenue streams and sales strategies.
