Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 + OTE (relocation paid)

Aspire is partnered with a Media company who is in search for a Director of Sales who can come in and be a part of their highly collaborative and supportive team. They are in search of someone who will coach their high performing sales team and take on day-to-day responsibilities of directing the sales team.

As the Director of Sales you will:

• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to achieve the sales revenue goals of the company.
• Exhibit and sustain a thorough understanding of advertising and media markets, trends, and technological advancements.
• Utilize CRM, financial reporting software, and data analysis to monitor sales team performance metrics and drive revenue growth.
• Employ data resources to evaluate the business, pinpoint potential opportunities, and execute the annual revenue plan.
• Collaborate in setting revenue targets and devising strategies for sales team members, ensuring their performance aligns with or exceeds set goals.

The Director of Sales will have:

• 6+ years of direct media sales experience with 4+ years of experience managing a successful sales team.
• The ability to collaborate with the sales team five days a week in-office.
• Open to relocation to be in their office located in Minneapolis 5 days a week.
• Ability to travel 25%-50%.
