Content Production Partner

Aspire are working with a Content Production Partner experiencing exciting growth and who are looking for talent to support this growth in the US market. The Sales Director will develop strategic, trusting relationships with business leaders to become an extension of their marketing and production teams.

The Sales Director will be responsible for:

• Leading entire sales cycle, realizing new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring and developing new/fast growing business with clients
• Building and maintaining access to key business decision makers and creating c-level contacts by networking across the market
• Prospecting and meeting with potential clients to grow, maintain and evolve relationships
• Maintaining new business pipeline relationships with prospective agencies and intermediaries
• Developing a high scalable, yet personal, outbound strategy

The Sales Director will have the following experience:

• 6+ years in 360 client facing sales within post production, CGI and VFX
• Hunter business development experience with advanced closure capabilities
• Has seasoned a client services organization, preferable on new accounts or business within a creative agency
• Consistent track record in exceeding targets in a closing role
• Has sold digital solutions, products and services, business transformation, or other large-scale design, strategy, consulting, and visual creative engagements to non-technical stakeholders
