Aspire are working with a Global leader in providing advertising, marketing and technology solutions to Agencies and Brands directly. With an unrivalled network and technology portfolio this award winning company specialize in helping their clients activate audiences across multiple platforms.

The Senior Client Services Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of campaigns across operated and owned properties
• Growing relationships with Brands and Publishers to help plan future campaigns
• Establishing client expectations and presenting mid-campaign and end of campaign performance analysis
• Provide excellent support to troubleshoot technical issues across campaigns and suggest recommendations on best practices moving forward
• Proactively develop new training materials designed to ensure successful customer onboarding

The Senior Client Services Manager will have the following experience:

• 4+ years' experience within digital advertising including client services and campaign management
• Previous experience with AdTech solutions; Programmatic, CTV, Mobile or Display
• A track record of delivering value to candidates and achieving KPIs
• An understanding of the digital eco-system including DSPs, SSPs or Ad Servers
• Self-motivated, collaborative and goal orientated, you'll have an enthusiastic mindset and be able to inspire others within your team
