The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid performance marketing programs to drive measurable results
• Developing and implementing simultaneous paid social and search campaigns with a focus on audience segmentation, traffic acquisition, and conversions
• Owning campaign performance metrics and budget tracking
• Collaborating with leadership and creative resources on developing audience profiles, campaign art, and messaging.
• Researching and providing recommendations for organic and paid keyword search opportunities.
• Developing models for campaign performance forecasts and optimal channel investment.
• Setting up tracking in Google Analytics (GA4) and construct methodology for maintaining campaign tags
• Assessing and improving current performance marketing tech stack to align with growth goals.

The Performance Marketing Manager will possess the following:

• 4+ years of experience in performance, growth, analytics, or paid media role. Events industry experience is a plus.
• Experience managing, experimenting (A/B), reporting on, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Comfortability with data analysis and working with multiple datasets to make informed decisions
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), including knowledge of event and conversions configuration.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager and Data Studio.
• Understanding of MMPs, attribution, pixels, tags, and UTMs.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles.
