Aspire is working with an award-winning investment research company, offering their clients services that include; ad-hoc and syndicated investment research, platform solutions, bespoke modeling portfolios, and charting indicators. The team is growing due to demand for services and is looking to make several key hires including a Senior Account Executive to join their New York team. Inheriting an existing book of business you'll also be responsible for bringing in new subscription client relationships.
The Senior Account Executive, Institutional Sales' responsibilities will include:
* Managing your pipeline of existing opportunities by identifying client needs and highlighting relevant platform content.
* Identifying, negotiating, and closing deals with new accounts.
* Nurturing relationships through senior stakeholder engagement within your key accounts.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams including; Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Services to ensure the continued growth of your territory.
The Senior Account Executive, Institutional Sales will have the following experience:
* 5+ years' experience selling research subscription solutions.
* A consultative selling style and the ability to influence, negotiate, and develop relationships with senior investment clients.
* An understanding of the different types of institutional investors and their respective research needs.
* A good understanding and interest in global macroeconomics, strategy, and investment.
* Previous experience selling to; institutional money managers, investment banks, private banks, hedge funds, and pension funds.
