Account Executive
Events Services/Online Media
Location: Miami Beach, Florida (Fully In-Person)
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 (Commission: Y1 $40,000, Y2 $60,000, Y3 $100,000)

Aspire is partnering with an award-winning global B2B events organization to help grow its sales team in Miami Beach, Florida. They are key players in the virtual events space and are specialists in creating bespoke corporate events for their clients globally.

They are looking for an Account Executive that will be able to work 5 days a week in the office at their Miami Beach location. This role is for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to accelerate their sales career.

The Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and generate leads across technical markets.
  • Drive new business through prospecting, cold calling, and building up a sales pipeline.
  • Provide strong domain and vertical expertise to help develop solutions that promote long-term engagement.
  • Working with new and emerging technology providers worldwide.
  • Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client.

The Account Executive will have the following experience:

  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, new business/prospecting.
  • Proven ability to ask probing questions to understand the client's business and technology issues and provide consultative solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Experience using LinkedIn as a prospecting tool.
  • Good organization and timekeeping.
  • Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships.
  • Strong communicator with excellent phone-based presentation skills.
  • Experience managing a team within a sales environment.
