Position: Account Executive

Company: Communications Specialist

Compensation: $55k-$65k Base + Uncapped OTE

Location: Rosenburg, TX (Hybrid)

Aspire is partnering with the leading source of information on digital and broadband technologies for communities and properties. Our client offers in-depth news, expert insights, and practical know-how on the technical, business, financial, and legal aspects of broadband solutions. With a focus on residential buildings and developments as well as municipalities, they help the buyers and users of broadband technologies, equipment, and services competitively distinguish their properties and communities in a rapidly changing marketplace.

THE ROLE

  • Generate sponsorship and exhibition sales for a series of conferences within the communications industry
  • Research and find prospects - building your pipeline on Salesforce.
  • Have consultative/SPIN-based engagements with prospects.
  • Create intelligent, needs-based proposals for prospects.
  • Visit competitive events to generate leads and advance discussions.
  • With the Team/Project Director, create new sponsorship & exhibition opportunities.
  • Develop strong sector/discipline knowledge and relationships.
  • Contribute to the business plan and project management.
  • Work with Conference Managers and Editors to create and enable meaningful sponsorship & exhibition participation.
  • To promote company products, primarily through regular posting on social media, especially LinkedIn.
