Aspire is partnering with one of the world's largest independent price reporting agencies. Their mission is to provide transparency to the market and help customers make better-informed decisions and maximize profits.

The Strategic Account Manager role is responsible for the organic growth of existing accounts for their forest products commodity (wood, packaging, paper, etc).

The Job Responsibilities:

• Manage 80-100 existing accounts with a balanced approach to increasing spend and reducing churn
• Deliver growth on the existing book through effective data licensing, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Responsible for the organic growth of existing accounts
• Handle a 2 million dollar book of business
• Build a strong market knowledge of the forest market to bring back into the business innovation and investment ideas

The Required Skills:

• Ability to meet and exceeds revenue quota through the management and execution of the sales process
• Employs consultative sales techniques to manage renewals, generate new opportunities and drive growth
• Must have strong analytical and communication skills focused on effective discovery
• Experience in CRM Account Management through pipeline management and forecasting
• Experience putting together effective customer-facing presentations for a variety of personas (C-level, Procurement, Finance, Sales)

Experience within the PRA or commodities markets would be welcomed.
